Air cooling a 7950x3d quietly?
Looking for a way to cool my 7950x3d on air quietly. I currently have it running on a 360 AIO with 3x Arctic P12 Pro's spinning at around 900 rpm and i can barely hear it and they only ramp up once the CPU gets into the high 70s low 80s and it works fine. But my pump in the 360 is starting to have problems. I would rather switch to air cooling entirely. I have a Thermalright Phantom Assassin 120 SE in the closet right now. I was thinking about using that but I'm not sure what fans I can put on it that won't sound like a freaking jet engine and keep it below 89 which is the point where it thermal throttles. And sadly noctua is out of my budget range. The p12 pro's are insanely loud when they spin up. They rarely ever do on the AIO.
