Can't connect to the Xbox network despite being connected to the internet

I moved recently and don't have a router, only mobile data/hotspot from my phone. I've been trying to connect to the Xbox network for three days now but with no success.

When testing the network connection, it always returns "it's all good your console is connected to the internet". However, the network status shows NAT Type 3 (strict) and UPnP unsuccessful. (no other issues tho)

How do I change that and is there any way I can use my Xbox with mobile data/ Hotspot?
