Spilled water on my MacBook neo help

So I spilled about half a glass of water on the keyboard, nothings wrong with the mac everything is working fine but I have seen water about moisture and corrosion which scares me. After the spill I tried to wipe everything and kept it in an inverted v position and shut it down it did auto start 2 times when I opened it. Any advice or experience would be helpful. I don’t have AppleCare but I will buy it now.
