SoFi still hasn't received my direct deposit despite the other bank already did

I am a new account holder and have setup my first direct deposit. My employer sent a split direct deposit, and the other half posted at another bank last night, but I still haven't see the SOFI portion pop up on the portal yet. Is this normal? I checked that the account and routing number match all match. I expected them to post at around the same time.
