Need help paying for medication and ride home

Hello,
I am asking for $93.29 for my prescription and $10.00 for a Lyft to pick it up and back to my house. I have sickle cell anemia, am on disability and don’t have part D prescription coverage anymore. I noticed my copays kept slowly going up in December and by February I was paying full price for my medications minus the coupons that the pharmacy has for me. When I called, they said that they were continually trying to reach me to pay my deductible which was $300. I thought they’d let me reinstate my policy after but they said no, not unless it was under extenuating circumstances. I told them before I paid that I had gotten no correspondence regarding my deductible. So I asked what number and address they had on file. Well, they had an address that I had in 2019 and a phone number from back then on file too. I thought that that would be deemed extenuating since I had already forwarded all of my mail to the 3 new addresses I’d had in that time including my current one. But they still refused.

I reapplied with a marketplace assistant for a different part D plan. I still have yet to be approved. I’ve called them and they told me that, again, it wasn’t approved yet. I’ve called the county and they said to just reapply, so I did :( I’ve also called the Salvation Army in my area because sometimes they help with paying for medications but they’re unable to assist right now. My doctor is also unable to help me either. I am flat broke with an overdrawn bank account and a family who is unwilling to help because they paid for two $40 prescriptions this month. I paid for the first $100 script earlier in the month. This is my last script to pick up and I’ve already paid my rent, bought groceries, paid my phone bill and couldn’t pay my light or internet bill this month because of an issue with my rent. Thankfully, next month it will be going down.
