Not seeing accurate numbers on my daily graph

Hello! I am sure I have seen +8 many times after food on my libre 3, but when I wanted to extract the outputs for my dr it shows I have always been in range! Which is lower than 8!

How is this possible? I even took a screenshot one I was 8.5 and the day after the app showed my max at 7.5.
