Just turned 18 - No clue how or where to start (USA)

Title is pretty self-explanatory. I know the bare-bones basics from a class I took, like how compound growth works, holding for as long as possible, etc. But in practice Idk what I'm doing much at all, and I don't really have any adults to go to for advice Irl.
