Leave in conditioner isn't enough for my coarse hair. Is there something else I should be using? More in body of post->

my hair is healthy, according to my hairstylist, it's just naturally coarse. I wear my hair in a ponytail every day so I don't need styling advice, I just want advice on how to make it smoother feeling. I use a spray in conditioner after showering but it doesn't seem to be enough. I don't want my ponytail looking like a literal ponys tail because of how coarse it is 🥺 any product advice?
