Struggling to switch careers any suggestions?

TLDR AT THE END

Also sorry if this seems insensitive

Hey guys so im struggling to find a career that I want to do that pays £27,500+ (what I'm currently on) right now I'm a lifeguard but it very lack luster I stand there for 9 hours watching someone swim and just need something where I feel like I can actually do something.

I use to be a chef but that industry is horrible and I have no other degrees or qualifications so what I'm asking does anyone know any jobs where they can train you up and don't need degrees but can pay the same I'm on?

I was originally looking to try work for the MOD but even for apprenticeships you need a university degree and now I'm kinda stuck. I am grateful to have a job but I'm trapped here so just need suggestions on something I can try to get into.

TLDR:

Work very boring job and is driving me crazy but pays too good to leave so need a job that can train me up as I have no degrees but pays the same
