Suggestions suggestions suggestions

Guysss, after all backchodi of CB350 RA vs Speed 400, O have decided to go with speed, I will make the entire payment upcoming Monday and will take delivery in 2 week of September( Not because of unavailability of Bike) because of some personal reasons.
Is it good decision to park the Bike in showroom even after the entire payment ?
Also help me with what all check that I need to done while taking delivery!!!
