Starting point for DIY EB2-NIW (Finance background)

Hi everyone,

I’m looking to map out EB2 NIW petition and my profile is strictly corporate/industry-focused, so I don't have the traditional academic citations (corporate banking/IB)

My Background:

• Experience: Background in investment/ credit/ consulting (top tier BB and Consulting firm0
•  Education & Honors: STEM Master's from a top-tier institution and a few global corporate/industry awards.

I want to know: What is the best starting point to build a case like this?

I'm trying to figure out how to evaluate my profile and structure the narrative:

1. The Starting Point: Where do I actually begin? Do I nail down a hyper-specific Proposed Endeavor first, or do I start by mapping out what my recommenders can legally say without touching proprietary data?
2. Handling the Lack of Citations: Since my work is in industry and regulations rather than academia, there are no citations. For those who got approved with a similar profile, how did you successfully prove your past track record and the "national importance" of your regulatory work without academic papers?
