Advices to returning player

Hey guys, I need some advices. I dropped playing when Angela was the newest hero added to the game. So, it has been a while yeah. I re-installed the game and realised much changed. I have been playing Elsa, White fox, Rogue and dpsPool but I generally suck at the matches( qp). Are these champions strong or weak rn because I feel like either they are the weakest in their classes or I really suck at S9.5 xd
