Constipated on treatment

Hi 👋! Before on treatment my initial symptoms are constipation,lots of burping and bad breath. I started treatment 3 days ago and I’m unable to go to the bathroom. Are the antibiotics making my constipation worse ? I need encouragement or recommendations . I’m freaking out over this 😩😩😢
