I need help, I bought a house from Dr Horton in June of 2025, this is a new built house that may be as old as august 2024. When I bought the house there was some cracks in bricks, they where repaired. Not over a year later the cracks returned one obvious one on the north side (Load Bearing) that spans from corner of west side stair stepping up a few brick layers and moving like 40 feet down the house slowly shrinking in size. Similar on south side(load bearing) though a little further distance, say 45-50 feet. There is cracks at lintel plate above garage west side of house and window on west side also, however one of the cracks goes below the lintel plate and appears tk be tearing the silicone on the window. Minor cracks like very small inside that window frame. There is, at least as far as I can tell no actual cracks inside the house around doors or anything. One foundation inspector came out and recommended some supporting pillars, another recommended similar with minor variations in recommendations but basically the same. A structural engineer came out and said because there is no cracks on the inside that means there's no foundation problems and that the brick ledge is probably not made correctly. He said his measurements where not as bad as the foundation inspectors. Is this possible to be foundation settling requiring support without interior cracking? There is 5 other houses with similar or worse exterior cracking, one had internal damage and repairs to foundation the others dr horton decided they wanted to fill brick cracks and see if they would come back. My cracks, as mentioned did in fact come back and they still wanted to fill and see if they come bsck a third time. Who do I believe?

Foundation settling?
