Could my partner (full time salaried) and I (zero hour contract but full time hours) rent a flat together?

So I’ve struggled to get a job the past year and finally got a job offer. It’s technically a zero hour contract but I’ve been hired to work 35-45 hours a week. I know zero hour contracts are bad but I wasn’t prepared to not work for another year.

His monthly income could cover the rent and bills, would this be okay in the landlords eyes?

I know I’d likely need to get 3 payslips showing my consistent hours and also I’ve seen that employers can write letters to support this too.
