Neighbors chicken coming into my yard. Please advise.

I’m hoping to get some advice. My neighbor across the street has a backyard chicken that keeps crossing the street and going into my yard and the yard next door to me. I have asked them to come get it and the response is was she’s scared she’ll come home soon. My dog isn’t a fan and keeps chasing her. Is there an animal control control company to call or somewhere where I can get her rehomed? I’ve witnessed her almost getting hit by a car twice. They clearly don’t care about it.
