Edge Explore 2 maps stuck on 2021.22 — what can I do?

Hi everyone,

I’m based in England and have an Edge Explore 2. I’ve just checked the maps and they’re showing:

● Garmin Cycle Map EU 2021.22 – East
● Garmin Cycle Map EU 2021.22 – West
● Garmin Cycle Map EU 2021.22 – Central

My software is 30.23, which Garmin Express says is up to date.

I’ve connected the Edge to Garmin Express on a laptop, but it isn’t offering me any map updates.

Has anyone with an Edge Explore 2 managed to update their maps beyond 2021.22? If so, how did you do it?
