I saw 2 green circles in PD reader.

I had my PD measured today in person for new glasses. The technician told me to look at the green circle and I saw two, exactly the same, lit up green circles about 2cm apart. She said she only sees one and called another person over to look in who also only sees one. They told me to make an eye dr. Appointment although I was just evaluated for my prescription 3 months ago. Now I’m worried there’s something wrong with my vision. I do struggle with cirvicogenic dizziness and things being slightly wobbly to focus on when it’s flared up. I don’t notice double vision while looking at my phone or reading a book so it’s not that obvious to me.
