chapter 7 first filing pro se

here me out: okay got this car in 2021 paying the note fine til end of 2023. i stopped paying. i still have this car currently
they have closed my portal, charged it off and closed the acct. the problem i am having is that i want to keep the car and continue so i can have car to trade in after this bankruptcy

the dealership told me the car is not tradeable obviously cause the acct is closed and all that..(a month ago)
i'm not sure what to do here i call the car company they say they can't talk to me about the account saying i said i have a lawyer i never told them that (this was when i spoke to them in 2024)

i will file in september after i figure out what best just for this one account
