Is a river cruise honeymoon worth it?

We weren’t even looking at cruises at first, but somehow a Europe river cruise keeps coming back up when we talk about our honeymoon.
This would be for 2028, so we have time, but I’m trying to figure out if it’s actually a good honeymoon idea or just sounds romantic in my head. C…ele brit y river is one of the ones we’ve looked at, and V i king too. We just want a relaxing trip without too much traveling by train and navigating multiple hotel bookings.
Any tips or suggestions to make this this special?
