Why are 2022+ Defenders going in the 50,000$ range (USA)

I Was looking at some defenders the other day, and correct me if im wrong the prices increased on those
it was low 40s couple of months ago

Whats the reason for them increasing in value or is it the dealers manipulating the prices?
