Question about One Wheel "towing capacity" from a prospective buyer

I've never ridden a one wheel before but think they look like a blast and am very seriously considering buying. One question I have - one of the uses I envision for my One Wheel would be to transport some heavy recreational equipment (my eFoil set-up, specifically), and am wondering about the "towing capacity" of the One Wheel. Is it generally feasible to tow something while riding or does this throw off the balance/sensors somehow? Specifically, would it be feasible to pull a cart loaded with about 200 lbs of equipment up a small incline?
