Unusual activity regarding August refund?

This is my 4th term and the disbursement process has been unusual for my student loans:

8/7- Email received that a disbursement has been applied to my account and it may take 10 business days for a refund.

8/11- I log go to the Manage Refunds link on the student portal to access Nelnet and see a credit of $X,XXX for the refund.

8/13-I log back into to Nelnet 1) my current balance is $0. 2) The View Details link shows "No data to Display" " 2) The Transaction details link shows Refund-Student on 8/12 for the correct amount of $X,XXX. 3) The Manage Refunds link it shows the correct last 4 of my bank account however nothing appears in the refund history aside data from previous terms.

Has anyone gone through this during this term or a recent one? With the all the reports of refunds being stolen it has me on edge that I never received the 24 hour email as with previous terms and the conflicting info transaction/history on the Nelnet site.
