got downvoted for posting this on r/mtf for some reason but i would like some advice on raising money for ffs

probably the only serious post i’m ever going to write here but the title pretty much sums it up.

i am a migrant based in the UK and surgery being covered by insurance is not a thing here like it is in america. i am currently looking for a second job to save more money for ffs but it’s still going to take years so i’m starting a gfm. anyone know of any programs or foundations i can apply for to get money for gender affirming care? or like any tips for getting the gfm going (aside from spamming it on social media)?

if any of you outside of the US got ffs, how did you go about coming up with money?
