DIY retaining wall. Who can provide consult and “check my work”?

I want to build a 4 ft retaining wall at property line. DIY. Any recommendations for a knowledgeable person who I’d pay to come out and give me the tips/tricks/expertise etc so I don’t mess up? I’ve read enough retaining wall DIY online that I feel comfortable with doing the labor myself but having a local person with the experience would be reassuring.
