Instagram Business Account Linked Correctly to Facebook Page, But Accounts Center Keeps Sharing to Personal Profile

Has anyone dealt with this Meta/Instagram issue?

My Instagram Business account is correctly connected to my Facebook business Page everywhere I can check — Linked Accounts, Instagram business settings, Meta Business Portfolio, and Ads Manager.

But in Accounts Center → Sharing across profiles, Instagram still shows my personal Facebook profile as the “Share to” destination instead of my business Page, and it won’t let me change it.

The Page and Instagram account are owned by the same Business Portfolio, and Ads Manager recognizes the correct Page + Instagram pairing.

I’ve reported it to Meta, but it’s been an issue for months. Has anyone had this specific cross-posting/Accounts Center glitch and found a fix?
