CARS diagnostic score interpretation

How do we interpret the CARS diagnostic score? I was hoping the program would give me a scaled score out of 132, or a percentile, but instead I just got a % correct. It seems like an 88% on the FLs would be ~46-47 questions correct and would correspond to a 128-129, but I'm not sure if that's correct.
