Repackaged delivery label says "HOT 2DAY"

My prescription from the VA arrived yesterday, the package had obviously been damaged and taped up in transit. On the label, it says "HOT 2DAY". It is indeed, very hot where I live right now.

This a random comment that made it on to the label or does it mean something? I covered up identifying info with my hand
