Frustrated prek teacher

I’m not sure if I’m over reacting or I’m not sure if I’m over reacting or how to feel. I’m a preschool teacher at a private school prek-9th grade. Both of my bosses said that we’d be picky this year with the kids to help with the burnout that happened last year.
We’re on day 8 of school and already lost an assistant because of the amount of stress.
This year we have 2/15 special needs in the 4 year old classroom. 3/11 special needs in the 3 year old classroom. And 1/14 special needs in the 2 year old class.
I wanted my roommates child to come to school with me but got reasoned out of it by my boss due to his autism (she said there are better schools equip for children with special needs) yet they’ve let other special needs come.

Not sure if I should bring up my frustrations or just ride it out teeth clenched
