Support Groups for Caregivers - CANADA

Has anybody here joined a support group based on Canada for caregivers of family members with Parkinson's?

My mom was diagnosed years ago, and her degeneration has been mercifully relatively slow - but as I start noticing changes in her personality and come to terms with her dependence on me as a support person I've started to struggle with the reality of the future.

Any leads would be appreciated!
