Remote or Hybrid

What do you think is better in your opinion out of the below or what would you do in this situation?

- Current position 80K salary, hybrid role in midwest with 3days in the office. 4 weeks of Vacation & 3 weeks of sick time with great benefits for a Sr. Accountant role.

- Offer from a different company at 100K, fully remote, but only 12 days of Vacation, 5 days of sick time, for a lateral move or same role basically. The company is growing it seems like so there will be opportunities to move up in the future.

I have a hard time making a decision on this. I feel like i will loose on great vacation but at the same time my pay is low and company is not good at promoting. I feel like i need a fresh start somewhere else.
