Housing Inventory in GTA

I’m browsing GTA listings and honestly… the inventory feels so subpar. Everything is ~$1M and for that price I thought I’d at least feel excited about what I’m getting. Instead, every house needs work, upgrades, renos, something. Nothing feels “worth it.”

Is this just the market now? I thought I’d feel happier about the idea of buying a home, but it feels like I’d have to settle hard.
