3 days in Prague with 6 students – how much should we budget?

Me and 5 friends are planning to visit Prague for 3 days this September. We're all students, so we're trying to get a rough idea of how much money we'd need for the trip.

We'd obviously like to see the main sights and landmarks, visit a few museums or other interesting places, and mostly just walk around and explore the city. We'd also like to try some local food and have a few beers in the evenings.

We're not looking for anything fancy, but we also don't want

to be extremely cheap with everything.

For those who live in Prague or have visited recently, how much would you say is reasonable to budget per person for 3 days? Mainly thinking about food, entrance fees for attractions, and public transport.

Also, are there any attractions that you think are really worth paying for, or any places that you would recommend checking out? And are there any tourist traps we should be aware of?
