Are people who play this stupid?

Title says it all, i've been trying to complete the heist setup DELIVER EMP. I do not know why or how people manage to either stay behind, die, shoot unsupressed weapons, grief the team etc... every damn game!

I installed gta5 trying to complete all heists before the new GTA comes out. I am really on the verge of deleting this game. I seem to only get in lobbies where people have fortnite IQ.
