39 m -- struggling to stop; constantly relapsing

39 married m, porn addicted and masturbation addicted for 20+ years; getting worse in terms of what I need to get off; sexual dysfunction issues when I am with wife; risky online behavior as a result as well to feed gooning addiction. If I open up her pics or Reddit, I immediately am back into that mode. So hard to avoid those triggers.

I wish I could stop, but never have been able to kick it for good. Worse when I am bored or alone (especially if wife is out of house or out of town).
