Would anarchists agree that "everything is political?"

Just wondering what you guys' take on this would be.

It seems to me that politics presupposes rule, and since authority inherently expands and reproduces itself, politics expands itself into non-political areas of life, similar to how capitalism expands its logic into non-economic areas of life.
