Why has Hertz dropped from $10 to $2 in the last 2 years?

Back in 2024, I said whoever decided to buy Teslas at Hertz should be fired.

Does not even understand his own business model.

Gross incompetence.

Months long wait for parts, massive dealer service delays, no 3rd party sources, etc.

How do you run a rental fleet under those parameters?

It was clear Hertz was a poorly run company when they ordered 100,000 Teslas because reason.

Anyone with half a brain saw that was stupid waste of shareholder value
