What exactly is the University of Information?

I’m trying to fill out the common app application for UofM and under “perfered admission” the only options are “University of Information” and “No perfered admission”. The problem is, I don’t know what the University of Information is and info online is kind of vauge on what exactly it is for. Ive checked both this subreddit and the UofM website. For context, I want to apply for the University of Engeneering (with specificly majoring in Nuclear). So my question is, what is exactly is the University of Information and is it something that a prospective Nuclear Engeneer should mark as wanting to persue on my application such as myself?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, and thank you in advance for the response!
