should i go for cap 3 for aiml or IT ( PLSS HELPPP!!!!!!)

i have 95.12%lie in mht cet and im a sc. i have gotten aids in cap round 2, but i think cse aiml or IT will be good for placements and internships. should i wait for cap 3 and even spot for it or should i go for aids
