MSI 32UP X24 vs UR X24

I’m trying to figure out which oled monitor to get. As far as I can see they’re both 4th gen oled technology.

The UP only has a 15w usb c Vs 90 which is a nonissue

I think it doesn’t have the auto brightness thing?

It’s about a difference of 300 cdn I believe.

Which model should I get?
