When do we usually get a list of lower tier cards to craft?

This is my first new set that I'm choosing to hold off on opening packs for until there's a list of reprints to craft that were lower wildcard value in previous sets.

It sounds like this is a smaller set so maybe that means there are fewer options to craft this time around. Is that correct?

Regardless, even going forward, it would be helpful to know how long into a new release before someone comes up with a list.
