Police incident report

About 6 months ago, my ex filed a police incident report on me for harassment. I only know because they messaged me a picture of the document. No threats or anything violent, but I did spam call them and message them a lot trying to get them back which led to the report. We have a mutual friend and it was brought up that my ex told them that she updated the report because someone was making fortnite accounts & friend requesting them, they stream on a social platform. The detective said that just to let it happen & document it so they could start to build a case if it continues. This happened a month ago, apparently. I've recently gotten engaged & I'm extremely paranoid. What can I do and will I be arrested?
