Intersex Trans masc on T, my body suddenly started rejecting shots

I tried taking the shot, 3 months and 1 week into shots. I have a hormonal variation where I have increased androgens naturally. Recently, I began feeling really odd. Eating less, eating about 1200 calories a day, not losing any weight at all from that. Insane strength gains. I already had those before the shots, but now I'm doing 11 one arm pushups each arm casually. 

Then I took the shot. I instantly felt sweaty and dizzy after, I almost fainted. This is very unusual for me.

Anyone else had similar?
