Seeking somatic therapist to navigate family dynamics

Have loved my old therapist but feel like I’ve outgrown her.

Looking for a therapist that will help my navigate complex family dynamics (narcissistic mother, estranged brother, etc), who can help me deal with the trauma that comes with that.

I’d love someone who is into multiple modalities of healing, not just talk therapy. I believe this is stored in my body and also requires a form of spiritual healing in some capacity.

If anyone meets these types of requirements or has come close to it, would love to know who they are!
