Projector where ease of use and reliability are the most important factors

Hello, I am looking for a projector where ease of use and reliability are the most important factors. It will be used in a small classroom setting by a variety of teachers so I am looking for something that has HDMI and ideally/optionally VGA as well where the user can just plug it in and it pretty much just works with what they are trying to display.

As long as the quality is decent where text can be read at distance of 10-20ft that's all the quality really needed. They will be used continuously all day so reliability is also really needed. TIA!

Location: USA
Dimensions: Used in a variety of spaces the largest is maybe 30 ft x 30 ft the smallest is maybe 8ft by 10 ft.
Budget: I would prefer around $500 but up to $1000 is fine.
