Feeling really down about my health and future motherhood

Tips and Recommendations

I’m struggling emotionally at the moment and wondering if anyone here has been through something similar.
I have stage 3 endometriosis, and I don’t even know whether I’ll be able to get pregnant in the future. That uncertainty already scares me a lot.
On top of that, I previously had breast surgery where my milk ducts were cut. So even if I am lucky enough to get pregnant and have a baby, I may not be able to breastfeed.
It feels like there are hurdles everywhere I look. First I worry, what if I can’t get pregnant? And then I think, even if I do get pregnant, I won’t be able to breastfeed my baby.
I know logically that breastfeeding doesn’t determine whether someone is a good mother, but emotionally I’m finding all of this incredibly difficult to accept.
Sometimes I feel like my body has let me down. I feel sad, inadequate and scared about my future, and I find myself wondering why I have to deal with so many reproductive health problems.
Has anyone here had stage 3 endometriosis and gone on to get pregnant? Or been unable to breastfeed because of previous breast surgery or another medical reason? How did you cope with the uncertainty and eventually come to terms with things?
I could really use some support and perspective from people who understand.
