The crew for Good Morning Luma is looking for a background artist! GML is a show following Luma, a young alien girl, as she and her friends attempt to navigate and explore a universe that has deemed their species an imminent threat.

Our pilot is already about halfway animated, only being roughly 6 minutes in length. We have one BG artist already on the team, but are looking for one more to help ease the workload on them.

You’ll be working alongside our BG artist we already have to decide on a style that the both of you can replicate. We’re big on creative freedom, giving guidelines for BG’s and environments but ultimately leaving everything else up to how you desire it to look (with notes and continuity in mind, of course!)

Here are a few clips we have, all of which still a work in progress! If you’d like to join the team, shoot me a DM on Reddit with a few examples of your work! Not a BG artist? We’d appreciate if you’d could share this with people who may be interested! Have a different talent you’d like to bring? We have plans for future episodes, so you’re also more than welcome to shoot your works my way and if we like your works we might just bring you aboard!

Thank you from our little team!
