Hey everyone, keeping this short.

I recently took a huge risk. After 7 years of managing e-commerce seller operations at the Head of Department level for a top Indian brand, the corporate pressure burned me out. I decided to bet on myself, left the job, and transitioned to a freelance model.

I landed my first client, and the results have been fantastic. As you can see from the attached screenshot, I’ve managed to grow their account to over ₹55 Lakhs in sales in just the last 3-4 months using my Seller Central expertise.

**The Problem:** It’s currently just one seller, which creates a single point of failure and isn't quite enough to cover my monthly overhead. I planned ahead and saved a 6 month financial runway before quitting, but that clock is ticking. I need to onboard a couple more clients to make this sustainable long term.

**My Question:** For the freelance experts and agency owners out there: how do you reliably find and pitch sellers who need this level of operational expertise? Are you cold emailing, using LinkedIn, Upwork, or leveraging specific networks?

Any actionable advice or reality checks would be hugely appreciated!

Left my 7 year e-commerce expert job to freelance. Scaled my first client to ₹55L+ in 4 months, but I need advice on lead generation.
