Made 97k this month so far. Onboarding another creator and looking for 1–2 Reddit operators. Company name: Synth Services
Been keeping most hiring within my own circle, but we’re bringing on another creator right now and the current team is already at capacity, so I’m opening up a couple of spots for Reddit operators.
We’re specifically looking for 1–2 Reddit VAs/operators who can run accounts properly, make posts that actually fit each subreddit, build karma, manage profiles, engage naturally, test different angles, and help drive consistent traffic without making the accounts look botted or spammy.
Everything is remote and flexible, but we care a lot about consistency. You don’t need to be a Reddit expert with years of experience, but you do need good written English, common sense, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions without needing to be constantly reminded.
Pay is $3.50 plus a $40 performance bonus, with room to earn more over time if you’re producing results and can handle more accounts.
We’re not trying to hire 20 people. I’d rather find 1–2 solid operators who are dependable and can stay with us long term.
If you already have Reddit experience, even better. If you don’t, but you learn quickly and understand how Reddit communities work, you can still reach out.
Send me a message with what you’ve done before, any Reddit experience you have, and why you think you’d be a good fit.
