Are the summer units limited ?

Everything is in the title. I don't see luna in the standard banner so i'm wondering if smile and luna are limited units ? I maxed out luna and idk if i want to use my observation record to get a few dupes of smile for the lobby.

For the 0,5th anniversary, only carmen was limited, not epindel. Is it the same thing with those 2 ? And if possible, could someone tell me where can i see this information, because i don't want to ask here everytime that i'm not sure if a unit is limited or not X)

Thanks
